Hailing from a small coastal town on the south coast of NSW called Gerringong, Rose picked up his first guitar at age 7. A gift from his father who was an ex drummer in a band called Steel Breeze his journey through music began. He draws most of his inspiration from the coastal lifestyle, the ocean & past experiences. Having started out busking in his hometown & other local seaside villages such as Berry & Kiama his love of music grew. "The simplicity & art of busking really kickstarted my passion for performing live". In 2011-2012 Jack completed his Advanced Diploma of Music in Wollongong. Since 2012 he has been playing playing shows up & down the coast of NSW. 

 

In 2019 Rose stepped into One Fight Up Studios in St Peters, Sydney to record his debut EP w/ Australian producer Tim Carr.
